We are currently seeking a Consulting Director to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) practice. The Director is a leader within our organization, responsible for account management with client organizations, working as an engagement manager on complex/large projects, and responsible for initiating and leading sales and other business development activities.

To be successful in this role you must have hands-on experience in a majority of the following areas:

  • BA/BS in a related field. Graduate degree and/or certifications related to the Human Resources field, project or change management is valued. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
