Meet the business people with a heart

At Envision, relationships and excellence are at the core of how we serve our clients and collaborate as a team. Our employees are a community of friends who embrace a culture of transparency and entrepreneurialism. We are building a team of dynamic consultants who combine creativity with process thinking, technology, and effective change management to take our services to the next level.

Calling all entrepreneurial spirits

Entrepreneurialism is the lifeblood of our culture. We encourage one another, regardless of level, to take risks, implement ideas, and grow our business. Our consultants are ambitious professionals who think for themselves. There is no room for ego here – we are always learning, always collaborating, and always willing to roll up our sleeves to work side-by-side with our clients.

A fresh take on working at a consulting firm

Many of our consultants come from big-four backgrounds. They come to Envision because they’re ready for a change – whether they’re looking for better work-life balance or a way to broaden their skills, Envision changes what it means to work in consulting.

  • Limited travel – Our consultants don’t have to get on an airplane every week. Envision’s local consulting model means we pair our consultants with clients close to where they live. For those who love travel and want to rack up miles, our New Markets team offers the opportunity to travel to our non-core cities as we expand Envision’s footprint across the U.S.
  • Flexibility – We understand that work needs to fit with the other components of your life. That’s why we offer unlimited vacation and two options for a work schedule, allowing employees to be full- or part-time to fit their personal needs and life stage.
  • Cross-practice development – Silos don’t work in our dynamic, growing organization. Our consultants are placed on projects outside their immediate practice area to enable a breadth of experience and skill development. For example, our technology enablement consultants are well-versed in change management.
  • Personal connection – 80% of our employees feel their practice leader cares about them as a person, and 97% feel their colleagues model what it means to be business people with a heart. With mentoring programs and career development support, we are personally invested in the success of our employees.
